There was a big chess festival the stars of Baltic Sea in Narva third largest city in Estonia.

It is located at the eastern extreme point of Estonia, by the Russian border, on the Narva River which drains Lake Peipus. Jaan Ehlvest was a quest of honor and gave a simultaneous display for young participants of the festival. Local chessclub Maletäht was the organizer of the event and it was sponsored by the city of Narva. In this historical city Paul Keres was born on January 7 1916. Later he lived in Pärnu, Tartu and Tallinn. The simul against young talented participants of the festival was not easy task for the Grandmaster. Final result was two losses, seven draws and 16 wins for the GM. This festival is nice tradition and next one is in 2013.
